Design an extraordinary two-day incentive program for a leading FMCG company’s marketing department to reward strong annual results and strengthen team cohesion.

Created the theme “Summer is Coming”, inspired by Game of Thrones.

Privatized a countryside manor, transformed into the “Danone Castle” with its own coat of arms and medieval setting.

Prelude Events

Integrated the theme into every detail: registration site, decor, catering, and entertainment.

Organized immersive activities including a Casteller (human tower) teambuilding, medieval banquet, fire shows, jousting knights, jesters, and live music.

A highly motivated and unified marketing team, with strengthened trust and cohesion. Post-event surveys reported 100% satisfaction, and management confirmed the program fully achieved its objectives.
