CHALLENGE:

Prelude Events was given the opportunity to organize the Coolpad brand launch in the form of a celebratory soirée, reflecting their motto: “Be smart. Be social. Be cool. Cool for life”.

SOLUTION:

A 360-degree event production in line with their motto: Prelude Privatized a chic popular nightclub with an amazing terrace overlooking the sea, allowing for quiet networking space as well as provide an open social ambience for branding and entertainment.

A celebrity DJ accompanied with exceptional artists performing throughout the evening. Prelude Events setup and managed the full event production from venue management, décor, entertainment, branding, catering, audio-visual to light and sound design.

RESULT:

  • 350 guests from all over the world joined the event – 14% over anticipated forecast
  • Great online feedback on social media and industry websites generating brand awareness
