Find appropriate exclusive destination, create and execute VIP award program for the medical device company top performers within Europe. All Stryker incentive participants were well traveled with high expectations. The challenge was to set up a full week of discovery, adventure and enjoyment, engaging guests yet not too much as to feel like a “group”.


French Riviera at its best. A diverse and complete program focused on the crème de la crème of French culture filled with authentic experiences and well… pure joy for all the senses!

Prelude secured deluxe rooms at the famous Grand-Hotel du Cap-Ferrat with a memorable welcome reception overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Designing a culturally rich program with exclusive access to the Royal Palace of Monaco, visiting closed door Royal ballet rehearsals, vintage car drives (participants drove privately owned collections through Cannes), famous private chef cooking classes where guests afterwards dined with a world renowned chef and much more. Prelude managed all onsite logistics seamlessly.

The height of the week was reached with our final night dinner. Prelude privatized a castle on the sea with a full red carpet welcome. Our dinner was preceded by a lovely cocktail on the terrace, offering spectacular views to our guests onto the horizon accompanied by our prodigious jazzy duet. An elegant, chic and unique 6 course dinner was organized in the main and central rooms of the venue alternated by exquisite artist performances from opera singers, Charleston and French Cancan dancers and the best DJ in France. The evening ended with a private party that went well into the night.
