To create a 4-day program that included meetings, off-site dinners, welcome cocktail and team building activities. It was our client’s first international congress with multiple nationalities from around the world. They wanted each day of the program to be unique and enable the participants to have the opportunity to connect while experiencing Barcelona.


On arrival night, Prelude Events planned a cocktail with open bar and passing gourmet cuisine. The cocktail was at a chic seaside venue next to the hotel, with a live jazz piano bar to welcome participants. Day two consisted of creative meetings and seminars followed by an evening at a popular and very charming venue. The setting was within walking distance from the hotel and provided excellent food and beverage as well as live concert performing international hits. After a day of meetings, that evening’s purpose enabled all to relax and connect with a high motivation and positive ambiance.

On day three, we organized a team building for over 300 guests. Divided into small intimate teams, participants explored the city equipped with iPads completing many challenges that encouraged connecting with one another and the local environment. After the team building, we organized a dine-around at local “tapas” restaurants in the city center. Finally, on the last night, we created a gala dinner to highlight business partners awards recognizing top partners and employees from the previous year. The awards night was held in a historical and magical landmark with a Flamenco theme and live entertainment.
