To organize, in partnership with our client, an annual incentive event in Mallorca for their VIP collaborators. An incentive packed with meetings, activities and gala dinners that happens in a different part of the world every year. The client wanted a customized event, with meticulous detail. The direction was focused on productivity and an authentic experience, apart from the typical tourist attractions. The challenge was to create a unique event for seasoned travelers and for a team that has been organizing this event for 30 years all over the world. To surprise them after they’ve almost seen it all.

4-day summer program with transport, venues, activities and gala nights.

For the welcome cocktail dinner, Prelude Events created an elegant Mediterranean theme with blue and silver tones on a spectacular terrace accompanied by an astonishing sunset with a talented group of singers to entertain. Prelude also set up an original gift experience at the check-in whereupon the guests had their choice of carefully selected items.

The following days consisted of several morning meetings followed by customized activities off site. We boarded the most antique sailing ship of Mallorca and scripted personalized tours. We privatized a medieval village, created an unforgettable ambience with hand selected furnishings and thoughtful lighting, transforming previously hollow spaces into a lively medieval town.

We filled the night air with local music, street artists and dancers, brought in Michelin star catering, and recreated historical markets with rustic stands to emulate the traditional San Juan, the summer solstice local festivity.

The flamenco themed gala dinner, escaped all stereotypes, with an evening full of contrasts. From elegant soft and pastel tones of blue, designer furnishings, chandeliers and table cloths that popped. At the afterglow party, guests discovered the following year’s destination, Vienna. The challenge was to merge the 2 styles of the city: the Classic and the modern Vienna. We had music and street art that played with classical and modern elements, from golden frameworks to huge flower vases painted with graffiti, Chester sofas and neon lights.
